• Minimum 2 years experience in computer system

• Experience in Windows 2003, XP; Active directory, DNS,
  DHCP, MS Exchange, MS SQL Server
• LAN / WAN Technologies (Networking), VPN, Remote Access
• Familiar with a LAN environment and tasks such as: Install
  Server OS, Email Systems (MS Exchange), Backup System,
  System Management and Maintenance.
• Good communication, Presentation and leadership skill
• Performance oriented and work well under pressure
• Must have good command of written and spoken English (will
  work with Foreigners some of the time)
• Customer Service focus, team player and good communication
  skills
•MCSE, CCNA is a Plus

Qualifications :-

·  Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.

·  At least 4 years experience in IT and 2 years in Management Level.

·  Knowledge in MS Windows server systems (Windows Server 2003, IIS, SQL Server 2000-2005)

·  Knowledge in Network security

·  Knowledge in infrastructure network and networking devices such as CISCO, SoniceWall, Netscreen, etc

·  Knowledge in SQL Server and of SQL Command

·  Knowledge in Disaster recovery and Backup/Restore system

·  Able to troubleshoot computer PC/Notebook/network problems

·  Good command in English both spoken and written

·  Prior experience in the service industry will be advantageous

·  Ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills and with good initiative as part of a multi-national team

Job Description :-

·  Administer server system (AD, WEB server-IIS, Mail Server, Database-MS SQL Server, File Server, Proxy, Firewall, Virus protection) and other servers

·  Perform network administration for Ethernet LAN, Wireless LAN and others network and security hardware and software

·  Maintain software and hardware

·  Responsibility for network/application/server room environment to establish a stable IT environment.

·  Manage the day-to-day activities of IT project to meet project objectives and satisfy business requirements

·  Planning and organizing the project tasks

·  Installation, maintenance, logging, monitoring, backup of IT systems (operating systems, software, data, configurations, hardware)

·  Implement the new systems

·  Administer IT equipment inventory, orders and shipments

·  Supervise and monitor team performance, including making necessary adjustment to maximize the performance

·  Review overall outstanding problems and follow up with related teams and vendors

·  Ensure that knowledgebase and documentation are updated and well-maintained.

·  Perform staff assessment and coaching

·  Maintain contacts with external suppliers
